We attach fixed appliances, like braces, to your teeth and won’t take them off until you complete your treatment at our office.
When we prescribe removable appliances like clear aligners, you’ll wear them most of the day, but you can take the trays out to eat, drink, brush your teeth, or for special occasions.
Besides the obvious differences, Dr. Lili & Associates uses clear aligners to treat mild to moderate orthodontic problems and fixed appliances for severe and comprehensive treatment.
